FLORAGO Terms of Purchase
All sales are final.
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and floral products, FLORAGO does not provide cash refunds. Approved claims will be issued as account credit to the customer’s FLORAGO account.
Any issues relating to product quality, shortages, damage, or order accuracy must be reported no later than 11:00 PM (Eastern Time) on the day following delivery. For example, an order delivered on Wednesday must be reported by 11:00 PM on Thursday.
To submit a claim, customers must contact us at claims@florago.com and provide photographs and a description of the issue. Claims submitted after the reporting deadline will not be eligible for credit.
FLORAGO reserves the right to inspect and evaluate all claims before issuing account credit.
